Helping you find the perfect pieces & favorite fit is our priority and number one goal, as fit is the most important part of our design process. As every woman’s body shape is unique, sizing & fit can involve various different factors. Loving the fit of your suit is the most important part of finding your own perfect bikini, which is why we are here to help guide you through and offer an online shopping process that is as close to an in person shopping experience as possible!
Do you accept returns?
Yes!
Can I exchange a piece I ordered for another one?
All pieces can absolutely be exchanged for another if returned unworn, unused, with original tags attached!

How long will it take to process my exchange or return?
So sorry you hear you needed a return / exchange your package!
As soon as we receive your package for exchange, please allow up to 5 business days for your new piece/s to be processed & sent! We will immediately send you your new tracking number via email.
In regards to returns, as soon as we receive the return package, we will send you your refund within a maximum of 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive the return package, we will process the pieces immediately & send you your refund within 5 business days! You will receive an email confirming the refund as soon as it is sent. As each bank is different, please note that the time it takes to process and credit back to you may vary.
Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge. Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
Do you have a return policy for sale items and orders placed using a discount code?
Any item that is purchased on sale or at a marked down price is final sale and ineligible for any form of return or exchange. Discount codes however are an exception to this policy and are not considered final sale or marked down.
When will my order be shipped?
MEXICO & USA
Please allow for 1-7 business days for your package to be fulfilled. Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email confirming your tracking information.
Any orders made over the weekend or after 3pm on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday morning.
Some orders will require a signature in order to be delivered. This is to ensure that your package arrives to you safely!
CANADA:
Please allow for 1-7 business days to fulfill packages. Once your order has been shipped, allow for 2-13 business days for delivery. Packages may be subject to carrier delays and all international packages may incur taxes by their local government. This tax must be paid for by the customer.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will first receive a purchase confirmation email, including a link to track your package! As soon as your package has left our warehouse & has been shipped, you will receive the tracking update to follow the shipment.
Please allow for up to 1-7 business days for us to process your order before you receive the tracking.
My tracking number has not updated. Where is my package?
Once your package leaves our warehouse and has been shipped, your tracking number will update via email!
Once your package has been sent, it is under the responsibility and liability of the shipping carrier.
We are not liable for any potential delays external from SKYLER SWIMWEAR. However, if there is ever an issue with a package delay we will absolutely support you and do all we can in connecting you to the shipping carrier so you can sort it out ASAP
Occasionally there is delay in shipments due to festive holidays, long weekends, and transport through customs. This may be visible when you access the tracking number to locate your package.
Where is my order? I haven't yet received it.
Occasionally there is delay in shipments due to festive holidays, long weekends, and transport through customs. You can access your tracking number through the email that is sent to you upon shipment of the package. We thank you for your patience!
Once a package dispatches our warehouse, arrival time is dependent on the shipping company and other factors independent from Skyler Swimwear. We are not liable for a delayed shipment once a package has dispatched our warehouse.
Will the white pieces turn see through when wet?
All of our white pieces are lined with 3 layers of fabric to prevent them from becoming see-through when wet. No they are not see through!
How to care for your Skyler Swimwear Pieces?
Each piece has been designed & cut from the highest quality fabrics, to allow for countless dips in the ocean..
To keep your suit in best condition, always rinse off with freshwater after getting out of the ocean, pool or any exposure to salt water & chlorine.
Hand Wash in cold.
Squeeze to remove any excess water. Hang to dry.
Avoid the washing & dryer machine.
We strongly recommend that you use a softer soap instead of detergent.
Avoid contact with oils and sunscreen.
How do I remove the hygienic liner?
If the hygienic liner seems extra sticky, do not worry! This can happen occasionally due to warmth and humidity during shipping transit.
To best remove the sticker & adhesive residue we recommend the following :
Soak the affected area in warm water, rubbing a small drop of rubbing-alcohol on the affected area to break down & remove the adhesive.
As you gently scrub the affected area, the adhesive will begin to roll off. Do not worry, the alcohol will not remove the coloring of the suit or damage the fabric.
If you are still having issues, please contact us & we will take care.
Do any of your tops have padding?
Although none of our tops have additional padding, each piece has been designed to fit in a way that lifts & accentuates your curves, providing extra support.
The versatility in our tops allow for each piece to be adjusted to your own bust & body shape, helping you tie it in a way that supports your own shape.
Are all pieces sold separately?
Yes! As each woman’s body is unique, all pieces are sold separately. This allows you to mix & match all pieces, finding what works best for your own body & shape. Helping you find your perfect fit is our priority.
What does it mean you mix & create your on colors?
Each color within the collection has been mixed and developed exclusively for SKYLER SWIMWEAR. It is an elaborate & detailed process that makes your pieces unique. See our colors story page for more.
Do I have to pay any import tax?
Packages shipped within MEXICO & USA are not subject to any customs duties. CANADA however may include an import tax fee. Skyler Swimwear is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to shipments to CANADA, and the customer is subject to the cost. Please take this into account before placing your order.
