All items can be exchanged for another if returned unworn, clean, free of any stains with all original tags attached.

EXCHANGES

Once we receive your package at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your replacement item(s) to be processed and shipped. As soon as your new package is sent, we will email you your tracking number!

RETURNS

Once your package is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return requirements. If items are accepted - unworn, clean, free of any stains with all original tags attached, a refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been sent. As each bank is different, please note that the time it takes for refund to reflect back onto your card may vary.

We accept returns in original condition, unworn, free of any stains, with all original hygienic liners and tags attached for refund or store credit exchange.

Please note that all returns must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. We do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees.

Once we receive your return shipment, the items will be inspected to ensure they meet return requirements. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Any items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned for a refund. Discount codes may be an exception to this policy, please contact our customer service if you have any questions.

A refund will be sent to you in the original form of payment within 5 business days from when the return package is received. As soon as we receive the return package, we will process the pieces immediately and you will receive an email confirming the refund the moment it is sent. As each bank's processing time vary , please understand that the time it takes to process and credit  back to you is dependent on the bank.
