RETURNS & EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE IF YOUR ORDER MEETS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must have all original tags and hygienic liners attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Fully FREE of any and all possible stains.
- Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
- The protective hygienic slip must NOT be removed from swimwear
Item(s) purchased from WWW.SKYLERSWIMWEAR.COM must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund or exchange it for another piece(s)
Once we receive your return shipment, the items will be carefully inspected. Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted for return or exchange. If exchanging a suit for another item, please note that we must receive the return package before sending the exchange item.
REFUNDS:
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days from when the return is received. Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge. Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
